So, when we first started the Taiwan adoption journey nearly 3 weeks ago, I sent out email requests to a number of agencies, asking for information. I received many emails and calls. Based on several telephone conversations with representatives of the various agencies and friends who've used them, we selected one.
Today, 2 weeks and 5 days later, I received an email from a somewhat popular agency, thanking me for my inquiry and saying they will send out some information shortly.
Wow. I don't think that's terribly good PR, do you?
I wrote them back and, as politely as I could, explained the situation and told them I thought they might want to know they're losing out doing things this way. I don't expect to get a response-- certainly not a timely one!
