Refi

Oh yeah. And yesterday I applied for the refi on our home.

Thank GAWD the house has appreciated greatly since it's purchase 6 years ago. It gives us lots of room to maneuver, financially speaking. But it's a pain in the fanny anyway. But worth it nonetheless.
