Caesar Park Hotel in Taipei

A potential place to stay during the adoption journey, I hear.

A travel website says:

"Caesar Park Taipei Hotel (formerly known as Hilton hotel in Taipei) is ideally located in the heart of Taipei's business district. It is opposite the main railway station and is at the center-point MRT station. It is within walking distance from the Presidential Palace, the Botanical Gardens, and the Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall...

ACCOMMODATION: The 20 floor hotel offers 385 guest rooms, comfortably furnished and fitted with individually controlled air-conditioning, two telephone sets with IDD, internet on TV, Broadband Internet Access, a large writing desk and a sitting area, bedside controls for lighting, a luxurious marble bathroom, and an electronic door lock. All of the rooms' television sets are operated by remote control. It offers a selection of local stations, star TV, and pay TV, free information on service and events can also be found on the pay TV system...

Caesar Park hotel is located on Taiwan's southermost Peninsula in Kenting National Park.

All 245 guestrooms are tastefully decorated with air conditioning, color TV, safe deposit box, IDD telephone, refrigerator, mini-bar, private bath and private balcony. Hair dryer and hot water pot are also provided for guests' convenience.

In the hotel you can find Chinese and Western restaurants, bar and beer house. All these fine dining outlets serve various types of cuisine and beverages. With a relaxing atmosphere and fine decor, they are ideal place for diners and get-together of friends.

The hotel offers a wide range of recreation facilities such as an outdoor heated swimming pool, gymnasium, sauna, ping-pong, snorkeling, game room, tennis courts golf practice, Jacuzzi, sunbathing room, etc."

Hi Hi!

Hubby and I strolled past this while in Taiwan. It looked very nice, and we would definately stay here (and we're Four Season's addicts.) but that said, when we return, we will stay (again) at the Grand Hyatt. We got the penthouse, and it was FABULOUS! I don't know what the rates are at these two, or how they compare.. but I understand you can ask for and receive an adoption discount rate.
See my blog entries after 9/21/07 for more opinions!! heheh

hugs-
