How to Endure The Wait, part...3?...4...?

Well, besides changing up my blog header, I've been cooking again.

I went out to the local grocery emporium of choice and found-- lo and behold -- frozen turkeys are on sale. Color me surprised.

So, anyway, cut to me washing my second turkey in a month, stuffing it in one of those roasting bags and voila! the best turkey EVER. Those bags rock.

Once again, I'm making Turkey tortilla soup, turkey risotto...all things turkey. Turkey pot pie, anyone?

And I'm going to the gym. (Tired of my saying that yet? Sorry. Not too much going on during The Wait.) I'm signing up for one class every single weekday next session at the Y. I swear, I'll be ready WALK when we're doing the tourist thing in Taipei (if we ever get to travel).

Unlike most of you other bloggers I've read, retail therapy is kind of redundant around here. Her Majesty has a TON of gymboree and other togs just waiting for jie jie to show up and model. We got strollers, car seats, diaper bags (okay, maybe I'll buy one of those cool ones Rebecca mentioned) and the room's already Waverly'd within an inch of its life. No wonder we adopted a puppy! I got nothing to look forward to doing during The Wait except cook, craft, attend to the family and do Cinderella chores. (Oh, and hang out with the friends. Whoops.)

So. My conclusion? Waiting still sucks. A lot.
