La vie culinaire or...stuff I do while waiting to be a mother of two


Ricotta cheese
. Yes, I made some.

Gads, this is the most incredible light (well, except for the ton of cream), delicious cheese ever. I am never buying that crap in a plastic carton at the grocery again. I bought terrific milk products in GLASS BOTTLES to make the cheese, too. Do I feel like a fromage-manger le singe de reddition, or what? (cheese-eating surrender monkey at least according to babelfish-- didn't sound right to me but my French is way rusty)

[Mes excuses aux Francais; il etait trop difficile de resister!] Wonder what it would take to make mozarella ?
