Fitness update

Okay, 10 or so weeks ago I was complaining about being too tired to do two aqua aerobics classes per week. Well, I'm now up to three classes per week and I'm mighty proud of it.

Although I must say, I can never lose sight of the fact that I'm in my 40s when I do this. My heels and knees remind me how creaky I actually am every day.

I wonder if those supplements to help with your joints actually work..?
