The Hegemom

Well, rats. On the one-year anniversary of a catastrophic rainstorm here, we're having another enormous rainstorm. And THIS is the night L and R return with Princess E.

Rats.

We checked their flight before we left. No problem. In the time it took to drive to the airport, things changed drastically. We got there, and the flight was delayed. By the time we got to the concourse security entrance, the flight was OFF the board entirely. We went to the UA desk. It's delayed 2 hours. At least at this point.

It's dinner time and they'll land after bedtime, we thought to ourselves, looking at our four year old holding a fuzzy pony for Princess E.

Home we went. *sigh* I checked the flight. It's in the air, but I'm not making any bets on its landing on time. What a trip home!
